Cycling – Great for everyone!  Highly motivating group class on a stationery bike that allows each
participant to control his/her own level of exertion while still enjoying the motivation of a group setting.  
You will be coached by an instructor and inspired by music as you ride through a series of flats, climbs
and other unique, non-impact workout settings.

Tone/Abs - New to weight lifting or just want a fresh routine?  Learn how to isolate body parts while
improving core strength and muscle tone.  10 sessions = you notice a difference; 20 sessions = others
will notice a difference; 30 sessions = find a whole new body!

Yoga - Mind/Body exercise increases your flexibility, strength, balance and enhances your posture,
coordination and mental focus, quiets the chatter of daily life, reduces your risk of injury, relieves
stress and feels great!!
